A new work of God in San Diego's East Village

Faith and Film Night!

After some technical difficulties last week, we’re trying again!

We hope you will join us to watch Silence and have a theological discussion about its significance afterward.  This is a heavy and sometimes violent movie (rated R) about two Jesuit missionaries in Japan.  It challenges us to consider the significance of the gospel, to contemplate martyrdom, and to examine the depth of our own faith.  This movie is not appropriate for children and may not be helpful for people who struggle with violent images.

For children and those who would rather not watch a violent movie, others will be watching Wall-E in the children’s room.

We hope you will join us for a night of engaging with the gospel through pop culture!
