A new work of God in San Diego's East Village

Mark was born in Phoenix, Arizona, but he grew up attending a Baptist church in Kentucky.  He had a life-changing encounter with God in 1977 when he was hit by a car.  Mark first experienced homelessness in 1986, and he has been on and off of the streets ever since.  He has lived in and around San Diego’s East Village since 2004, and he has attended our mother church, Southeast Church of the Nazarene since 2010. Mark has many stories to tell, a penchant for writing song lyrics, and a raspy singing voice that can captivate a room full of people.
